Were those colors lost from a note created using Evernote's webclipper?
I don't use the webclipper, so definitely not. It usually happened in the heading.
Well the creation date is actually handled by the importer. The
ordering of your notes should exactly match the ordering in EN after the
import. If that's not the case its a bug.
The notes are definitely not sorted in the creation order. What Ciphernote shows on my computer looks like the Evernote's "Updated" date, but I have too many notes to be sure.
