If by nested tags you mean the ability to search for more than one tag, then this is already implemented. Try clicking a tag on the tagbar (dark sidebar to the left) and while holding shift clicking another one.

Code snippets are on the top of the Todo List. And should be fixed by re-importing from EN after the feature has been implemented.

I wanted to try out this new app. So far, it looks great. I had several problems with the import from Evernote:

• tables lost (I guess they are not implemented)

Tables are not yet implemented indeed.

• some of the colors in the text lost

Were those colors lost from a note created using Evernote's webclipper?

• could not find the "creation date" anywhere, which I wouldn't want to lose

Well the creation date is actually handled by the importer. The ordering of your notes should exactly match the ordering in EN after the import. If that's not the case its a bug.
